Collins Home Creations began in 2014 as Just in Time Flooring, pouring heart and precision into tile work and the details most crews never notice. Brothers and owner-operators Korey and Justin Collins built their name through referrals, a clean jobsite, and craftsmanship that spoke for itself. Now a full residential remodeling company, we remain family-owned, present on every project, and dedicated to the work that truly matters to the families we serve.

Our first project with this company was our master bathroom remodel; they were so easy to work with! They were there when they said they were going to be and NEVER left a mess. Given the high quality of their work, we did not hesitate to contact them when we were ready to redo our main bathroom; which again was outstanding. We have worked with Korey, Justin and the Collins Home Creations team on a few projects over the last 2 years. Every project was seamless. The planning, coordination, and execution were all excellent. Korey set a timeline and the project was always on schedule or ahead of schedule. Everyone showed up on time and was very respectful of our home during the process. Answers, Before You Ask
The questions homeowners ask us most, answered straight.
- No two projects are the same. Pricing depends on your finish selections, the square footage, and what we know or discover within the existing structure. Those details also influence how long the project will take.
- Yes. Collins Home Creations manages all required permits and coordinates inspections as part of the project. You won't need to navigate that process on your own.
- We're based in the Omaha metro and serve the surrounding area, including Elkhorn, Papillion, Bellevue, Gretna, and Beaver Lake. We'll travel up to 30 to 45 miles for the right project, and will consider Lincoln for larger builds.
- We intentionally keep 4 to 5 active projects at a time. This isn't a limitation; it's a commitment to quality. When we take on your project, it gets our full attention.
